  • I'm a Nonbinary Trans Person LGBTQ+ RP partners and atmospheres are a must. If queer identities make you at all uncomfortable, I am not the RP partner for you. Not only am I queer but my characters are as well.

  • I am OOCly polyamorous and many of my characters share this particular trait as well. I like to be very upfront about this as I have come across players who are uncomfortable with polyamorous shipping. If this makes you uncomfortable from an OOC standpoint, it may be best that we do not interact. With that said, I am absolutely not seeking OOC romance and do not want that to be in any way involved in my IC shipping.

  • I have a slight preference for in-game RP, but can absolutely make discord RP work if we cannot find time in-game or our schedules do not line up. If we do decide on Discord RP, please try to remember that I do have a RL things to attend to and that replies may not always be as swift as I might like. I will endeavor to reply at least once per day, but this might not always work out. If you prefer a partner that responds to a Discord scene as if it were an in-game scene, then we may not be compatible in this area.

  •  EASILY NOTICED  Sebastian can also be seen wearing the following pieces of jewelry at all times: A cravat pin in the shape of coeurl paw, a ruby encrusted pocket watch with the initial V on the lid, a pair of square cufflinks featuring a snake wrapped round a star, a ring featuring two coiled dragons - one with brilliant blue scales and the other with deep obsidian, and another ring that features an almost glowing green gem on a silver band.

History

As a bastard born to a noble lady and a hyuran solider, Sebastian's life has hardly been easy. Though, it is difficult to see that from the outside given that he bears a noble name and was raised as if his short stature and nearly rounded ears said nothing about his station.When his mother passed, control of House Vairemont fell firmly into the hands of his elder half-brother, Baron Dacien de Vairemont. Dacien, not being overly fond of his bastard brother evicted him from the Vairemont estate and escalated the sibling rivalry their mother had fueled for years.Sebastian, seeking to shore up his delicate position within the upper echelons of the Holy See, continued to collect secrets, including those about himself. His mother had, in her life, refused to tell him anything of his father, and crossing Ysabel de Vairemont was considered to be most unwise. Without her there to stop him, Sebastian unwove the web of secrets surrounding his birth and located his half-brother, August Mercer son of Declan Mercer, a former foot solider and executed Heretic.With the title of Heretic's Son looming over him, Sebastian attempted to keep his two families sperate. Mercer was to remain a business associate, an untapped asset, so to speak. Unfortunately rumors spread and families meddle. Thanks to his elder half-sister, Sebastian is now know to most of Ishgard's Elite as the bastard son of a heretic.The name his mother gifted to him is no longer enough to protect him. Will this mean the invitations to balls and salons dry up? Or will his charm, whit, and repository of dangerous secrets allow him to keep his foothold? RUMORS 

  • Know to most with ties to Ishgaridan High Society - Sebastian de Vairemont is the son of the late Lady Ysabel de Vairemont and Declan Mercer, a convicted heretic who was executed for his crimes before his youngest son was born.

  • Known to most with ties to Ishgardian High Society - Many in the salons of Ishgard whisper about the illicit affair between the Bastard of House Vairemont and the late Lady Aveline de Heroux, who had married his brother, the Baron Vairemont before a tragic accident claimed her life.

  • Known to all with ties to Ishgardian High Society - Sebastian de Vairemont is known to have privately entertained both married and unmarried high born ladies. Whether he still does this is unclear, but, some still consider him to be something to try at least once before marriage.

  • Known to all with ties to Ishgardian High Society - The late Baron Dacien of House Vairemont disowned Sebastian, revoking his claims to all titles and estates belonging to House Vairemont as well as removing his right to call himself Sebastian de Vairemont, naming him as Sebastian Greystone, instead. Sebastian did not comply and still introduces himself as Sebastian de Vairemont.

  • Known to some with ties to Ishgardian High Society - It is said that Sebastian Greystone has taken a new crest after being formally ousted from House Vairemont. Those who have seen it say that it features a raven in flight atop the crossed rapiers of Vairemont with an Archambeau rose clutched in its beak. Both houses must be livid.

  • Known to all with ties to Ishgardian High Society - Sebastian has been seen in full mourning black since the passing of his sister-in-law, Aveline. While her husband, and Sebastian's half-brother, passed not long after she did, there are some rumors that suggest he mourns her more than the loss of his own kin.

  • Known to all with ties to Ishgardian High Society - Since the death of his elder brother, Sebastian has been seen frequently at the Vairemont Estate. He seems to be offering much needed support to his sister, who now leads the house as their young nephew's regent. Some believe that Sebastian intends to seize that position from her as his first step to taking control of the entire house.
